Hi, I’m Marsha—

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps women navigate emotional overwhelm, anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions. Through a warm, strength-based approach, I create a supportive space where you can work through emotional challenges, build practical skills, and reconnect with your sense of purpose.

Many of the women I work with are college-age to midlife adults who are capable and accomplished in many areas of life, yet internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps. They may be navigating major life changes, questioning their identity or relationships, or feeling distant from their faith. If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

In our work together, we’ll create space for reflection, identify the emotional patterns holding you back, and build a clear, confident path forward, one that aligns with your values and helps you feel empowered, centered, and self-assured.

Who I Help

I specialize in online therapy for women in Colorado who are ready to move forward but feel held back by emotional challenges or inner doubt.

In our first full session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, explore your current challenges, and begin identifying your goals. This is a space for you to feel heard, supported, and understood right from the start.

02 | Personalized Plan

Together, we’ll create a therapy plan that reflects your unique needs and values—emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.

03 | Ongoing Support

In weekly sessions, we’ll work toward healing and growth at your pace. You’ll build confidence, learn practical tools, and feel more grounded in who you are.
